The calpelra labor relations academy masters certification (clrm) recognized the individuals who have met the rigorous course requirements and completed a written analysis demonstrating their understanding of california public sector labor relations matters.in 2024 calpelra replaced a web site and data management system that had been in use for 20 years. The information technology expenses include costs associated with licensing and customizing a new, modernized association management system and creating a new, interactive web site that enhances member services and ensures calpelra's future data management needs will be met more effectively.
