We advocate for legislation and influence the decisions of our elected leaders in California to pass Ranked Choice Voting in the states various cities counties and state elections. Our volunteers and leadership provide domain expertise around what is Ranked Choice Voting as well as how to write legislation for implementing Ranked Choice Voting in various California municipalities. Our volunteers also attend public events to promote Ranked Choice Voting by explaining to the public what it is how it benefits them and how it depolarizes politics. We spend approximately 30 percent of our efforts on education and the remainder on advocacy and support of passing Ranked Choice Voting legislation.
