Calcpa's website is a member-focused clearinghouse filled with news, information, resources and event listings for california cpas. Our media and public relations efforts promote the integrity of the cpa profession and position our members as experts in various professional subject areas. As of the end of this fiscal year, linkedin followers was over 10,750, facebook followers are more than 6,600, x (formerly twitter) followers are more than 11,300 and calcpa has more than 2,600 followers on instagram.

Government relations - calcpa's government relations program works with policymakers, agencies and stakeholders to shape policies that serve the public interest and support cpas in meeting client and employer needs. This includes: monitoring, responding to, and advancing legislation and regulations affecting the profession; building and maintaining key relationships with policymakers and advocacy groups; keeping members informed on policy developments; and creating opportunities for engagement.
