This program encompasses a range of services for 2,020 members and 18 local chapters. The organization's technology platform includes an online forum where members discuss tax problems, a weekly newsletter recapping the latest tax news, a tax research service, and a website that provides a range of content to assist members in their tax practices. This program also includes support of the local chapter volunteers who administer chapter activities.

This program provides liaison and advocacy activities with state and federal tax agencies; outreach to legislators at the state level; communication to members regarding all matters affecting their profession and practices, utilizing a variety of digital methods. It also includes events that give members direct access to the directors of state tax agencies and legislators who serve on revenue and taxation committees.
