Ast: california spectrum care's innovative adaptive skills training (ast) program brings in home services to individuals diagnosed with conditions that warrant and are approved by/for regional center services. Csc's ast program addresses the missing or underdeveloped components in an individual's development that are crucial to the learning process. Csc provides a systematic learning experience by teaching an individual a wide range of skills including: the ability to self-regulate, appropriate communication, negotiation, etc. Equipping an individual with these skills will bridge a gap commonly observed in individuals and the community.
