Our mission is to connect resource (foster) families with critical and ongoing support by building relationships, meeting tangible needs and giving them a place to be encouraged, valued and connected. The activities of the Solano County Resource Family Association (Chapter #45) of the California State Foster Parent Association are all focused on direct support to caregivers and foster youth.
