California Teachers Association

Its purpose is to provide a center for exchange of information and discussion of actions under consideration by the california teachers association (cta) state council of education. The council serves as a forum and hearing body on issues referred through cta. The coucil coordinates membership participation in the cta activities, assets in setting programs and service needs, and refers concerns to cta.
