To provide programs to assist homeless veterans and veterans at risk of becoming homeless with personal skills, training and employment.
Programs

Per diem grants include GDP, Bridge & SITH programs. Bridge & SITH are alcohol & drug free transitional housing programs for single male veterans designed to identify & treat the issued that caused their homelessness, assist veterans with residential stability, increase their skills and/or income & provide them with a greater self determination. The programs require veterans to have one on one meetings with their case manager, participate in daily living skill classes, participate in employment training programs, commit to alcohol & drug free living & participate in volunteer activities. The program served 97 veterans.
Other programs include Covey Cottages, low barrier housing, homeless housing assistance and prevention, case management, and other services. Some of these programs serve nonveteran individuals. The programs are designed to provide assistance to homeless individuals and individuals at risk of becoming homeless. These programs served 41 veterans.
