This global program aims to equip 4500 underserved young people across APAC, Africa, Middle East, LatAm, and the US with the tech and green skills to successfully access employment. It provides participants different courses from awareness raising and foundational training to role-based courses, as well as soft skills training, mentorship and career support, aiming to place 3600 participants into further education or employment upon program completion
Green Digital Skills is a global one-year program, delivered in partnership with LinkedIn, training 10,000 participants in green digital skills. It helps tech professionals and vulnerable jobseekers understand the environmental and social impact of technology, apply eco-design and sustainable practices, and explore green career pathways to enhance their employability. Offered in English, French, and Spanish, the course promotes a more sustainable and inclusive digital economy.
This two-year program empowers 300 underserved, low-income women in Vietnam by equipping them with essential digital and technical skills. It combines technical training with soft skills development, mentoring, and personalized career coaching to support their transition into sustainable tech and digital jobs.
