Fund raising efforts to purchase a mobile shelving system in archives library that will allow us to make collection more accessible to researcher, add more space for new items, and promote preservation of current items.

Serve as a resource center for local history. Work with calvert co. School system to promote annual county history fair and other county agencies to promote the preservation of historic structures and archaelogical sites. Partner with other non-profit agencies to increase the public's awareness of our county's history. Provide a one week kids history camp for 8-12 year olds to familiarize children with family and local history.
