Publish an annual news letter, and as needed, periodically distribute outreach letters, participate in local government working committees, and community events, to educate land owners and the general public of land preservation benefits, and to promote opportunities for preservation of agricultural land within Calvert County, MD.

To assure compliance with restrictive covenants, complete easement monitoring surveys for several farms, including documentation of conservation compliance in accordance with specific requirements placed on preserved properties. Provide easement monitoring for select properties under the State of MD - Rural Legacy Program. Ongoing easement record keeping and property monitoring, as required, for a total of 22 properties.
