Provide academic and flight training scholarships to area youth in engineering, physics, mathematics, science and other aircraft related educational programs.

Interest youth in aviation by conducting tours during airshows, offering free airplane rides to more than 300 young people per year through the EAA Young Eagles program, proving instruction in navigation, radio communication and aircraft flight simulation. In addition, promote the airport and general aviation to the public as an outreach to local residents and visitors through community events and functions.
