The corporation is formed exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 (the "code") (or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law), and particularly, but not limited, to:(a)conduct charitable, educational, and scientific activities;(b)make grants and contributions to or otherwise support the cambodia rural school trust, a registered non-governmental organization in the kingdom of cambodia.
