End of year picnic expenses: this is the end of year picnic where the organization provide for the entire school and cater picnic barbecue food and offer crafts and outdoor activities on the playground.

Fifth grade fund expenses: this includes all 5th grade end of the year activities such as fifth grade t-shirts, yearbook costs, spring fling/dance, farewell decorations and yard signs, end of year party, end of year trip bus expenses.

Various program services: these include art room fund, classroom fund, class parties, teacher out of pocket expenses, sunshine fund etc.
