Mission
Ywca cambridge provides direct service programming for women, families and youth. The emergency family shelter provides residential emergency shelter for homeless women and their families. The tanner residence provides 103 units of supportive, affordable single-room occupancy (sro) housing for women. The youth leadership program builds self-confidence in girls and youth.

Community rentals - provides space for other organizations and their beneficiaries, as well as a warm inclusive center for residents and community members to receive enriching services and supports.
Youth leadership the girls only leadership development (gold), gender expansive youth (gey) and various summer programs offer programming that builds confidence, self-esteem and community. Through regular group sessions, mentorship and hands-on projects, local youth develop tools to advocate for themselves and others.
