To acquire and administer funds and property, which, after the payment of necessary expenses, shall be devoted exclusively to religious, educational, and charitable purposes, including, but not limited to, the organization and operation of a christian summer camp, devoted to offering youth campers opportunities to learn and enjoy outdoor recreation, arts and crafts, bible study, and worship.
