The mission of the camp surefire foundation is to support and manage camp surefire, rhode island's only camp for children with type i diabetes; to create a community of learning about diabetes between campers and their peers, counselors, and medical staff; and to promote the development of life-long skills and relationships which will minimize the impact of diabetes on the participant's lives.
