Campus Crusade For Christ Inc

CRU is a faith-based organization that ministers to high school students on more than 750 campuses worldwide. SRM worked with their LA Metro campus group to provide grants for 35 of their youth under the oversight of UYWI to participate in two different camp experiences in 2024. One grant let 20 teenagers join with three other youth groups in southern California to actively participate in a 6-day "XLR8" residential summer camp in the mountains near Yosemite. The other grant allowed 15 youth to attend a winter weekend camp in the southern California mountains. Both camp programs provide outdoor experiences that grow life skills, character, relationships, and faith for youth to thrive.

GENERAL SUPPORT

To provide a weeklong adventure summer camp experience in the Sierra mountains to 14 under-resourced youth within a network of church youth organizations in southern California.
