Canaan Foundation

To be organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and religous purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3)of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and the Regulations thereunder, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended. Specifically, and without limitaion,the Corporation shall provide relief for the poor and distressed and of the underprivileged and the advancement of religion.
