At cancer support community greater ny & ct, it is our mission to uplift and strengthen people impacted by cancer by providing support, fostering compassionate communities, and breaking down barriers to care.

Adult clinical support - cscnyct offers free in-person and virtual support services in both english and spanish. All clinical support services are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals. Adult clinical support services include support groups and counseling services.

Children, teens and families (ctf) programs - cscnyct offers several programs designed for children and teens whose lives have been impacted by cancer. Ctf programs are available to individuals as well as their family members. Ctf includes support groups, individual and family counseling and a youth committee. School-based programs - this program provides support and education to school professionals, students and parents. Cscnyct currently offers gilda's class to schools in the greater ny and ct area through consultations and crisis management, counseling support and education to students and professionals, educational workshops and trainings. Outreach - cscnyct does outreach in the community to spread awareness about the programs and services that are offered. These efforts provide information to those who need it and result in referrals to the organization.
