Is a non-profit organization formed on march 2, 1994 in accordance with the not-for-profit statutes of the state of illinois for the purpose of providing housing and related services for very low-income, disabled persons with hiv, with a preference for persons with aids, in wheaton, illinois with housing assistance and grants from the u.s. Department of housing and urban development pursuant to section 811 of the national housing act.
