Mission

Build the capacity of the neediest tribal nonprofits and communities through training and support programs so they are better able to improve the lives of native american youth and families. Improve the health, wellness, and quality of life of the native communities by providing direct services that include teen pregnancy prevention, drug and alcohol prevention, and academic and service learning programs. Encourage love, appreciation, and understanding for one's culture by incorporating cultural learning components in our programs.

Ff1 - working in partnership with the navajo nation department of corrections, the program's goal is to prepare incarcerated fathers to be active in the lives of their families, children, communities, and society. The program's reentry activities and curriculum strengthen positive father-child engagement, improve family relationships, improve employment, and increase economic stability opportunities.

Rcorp1 - the primary purpose of this program is to address the substance abuse crisis. Working with the four corners health network in san juan county, nm, including the shiprock area of the navajo nation, this program focuses on closing gaps in services for prevention, provides training to community members, strengthens collaboration among partners, and connects various recovery programs. This program lays a solid foundation for opioid, fentanyl, and anti-vaping awareness. It also includes naloxone training, healing strategies and provides free transportation for those seeking treatment at residential treatment facilities within a 300-mile nm radius.
