Maximizing the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities in their home communities.

Supported living - the supported living program provides 24-hour and intermittent in-home support that enables adults with idd to live independently in homes of their choice. Services include personal care, budgeting and financial skills, meal planning, medication assistance, health and safety management, transportation, community access, and individualized life-skills instruction. Capc staff help individuals maintain safe housing, prevent homelessness, and manage complex medical and behavioral needs while promoting autonomy, dignity, and personal choice
Day services - capc, inc.'s day services program provides person-centered community inclusion, skill development, and individualized behavioral and social support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (idd). Services focus on increasing independence, communication, safety awareness, and community engagement. Individuals participate in employment preparation activities, volunteer experiences, social-recreational activities, health and wellness instruction, and transportation training. Capc utilizes evidence-informed practices aligned with carf standards to support meaningful participation and measurable progress.
