Mission
Cape Coral re:MADE Store empowers people to start and grow micro-businesses through creative reuse. By transforming donated materials into new value, the store provides mentoring, volunteer opportunities, and training that renew lives and protect the planet. Each project gives both people and products a second chance-reducing waste, sparking creativity, and strengthening the Cape Coral community.
Programs
3 programs
Through thousands of volunteer hours, Cape Coral re:MADE transforms donated materials - including fabrics, furniture, and housewares - into repurposed goods. These efforts diverted significant materials from local landfills while promoting environmental awareness and stewardship throughout the community.
Volunteer instructors lead creative reuse classes that teach painting, sewing, and upcycling techniques. Participants gain employable skills, confidence, and purpose while learning sustainable practices that reduce waste.
Cape Coral re:MADE partners with local churches and nonprofits to provide essential household goods to families in need. Volunteers are mentored and equipped to serve, creating a network of compassion and empowerment across Cape Coral.
