To act in the best interest or persons engaged in mobile sport fishing on core banks and other barrier islands off the coast of north carolina and the eastern coast of the united states of america. To strengthen through organization the representation of the sports' fishermen who use motor vehicles of all kinds in pursuit of the activities, in public and governmental forms.
