Plane marketing agreement fees, plane cleaning and maintenance.Planes are owned by the member LLC's.The marketing agreement fees cover the promotion, advertising, and revenue generating rentals of the planes.The plane cleaning and maintenance fees cover low-level maintenance on the aircraft (oil changes and inspections) that do not need to be outsourced to a third party aircraft vendor.
