Mission
Many refugees from countries such as Afghanistan Syria and Ukraine have experienced war and trauma and desperately need hope especially the youth. Sacramento is the #1 refugee resettlement city in the U.S. and many have come here to find this hope. CCA offers it though athletic opportunities in a supportive community leading to lasting friendships and a sense of family.
Programs
2 programs
CCAs cricket program put on its first cricket tournament with over 80 cricketeers and 15 volunteers. Additionally the CCA cricket team played in three other tournaments throughout the year. Each week the team meets twice to play together and practice for any upcoming tournaments.
CCAs run club put on our United We Run 5k where over 100 runners walkers volunteers fans and sponsors made it a huge success. The run club also would meet weekly.
