Adult community residences - provides home supports to individuals with developmental disabilities over the age of twenty-two. Currently, the program has fourteen homes located in the community that were cooperatively chosen with individuals and families we support. The individuals residing in these homes receive twenty-four hour support services by exceptionally qualified and experienced staff. At home, we provide training centered on functional skills such as planning and preparing nutritious meals, assuming responsibilities for daily chores, taking pride in personal appearance, and practicing self-preservation skills.

Adult family day care - program funded by masshealth that pays family members or non-family members to care for people with disabiltiies in a home setting. The goal of the program is to delay or prevent out of home placements for individuals who cannot live safely on their own.

Employment supports (south shore industries) - offers a wide range of employment opportunities to adults with disabilities over the age of twenty-two. We are committed to the exploration, development and implementation of employment plans that reflect each individual's preferences, skills and needs. Many are successfully employed by local businesses and need varying levels of support from the experienced job coaches provided through south shore industries. For others, south shore industries may be their initial step into a work environment. These individuals are offered opportunities to explore a variety of employment settings, which include volunteer programs, and/or participation as a member of a community-based work crew.
