All other accomplishments- the confidante- the confidante is a program for pastors' wives, giving them a "safe place to be". Pastors' wives struggle with balancing their family and the church and are met with unrealistic expectations from both sides. The confidante offers them the safest place to be themselves, to network with other pastors' wives with the same struggles and to relax. Weekly emails provide regular resources and encouragement to help with their personal life as well as ministry life. Care for churches- sometimes, pastors hurt churches. Care for pastors, inc. Comes alongside churches that are struggling with finding a new pastor, repairing damage caused by an unhealthy pastor, or just need help figuring out how to help a pastor on staff.
