Caritas Villa

The corporation provides low-income housing to elderly and disabled persons via a 30-unit apartment complex. The corporation offers comfort, security, and a clean environment to enhance the quality of life. The project receives financing through the u.s. Department of housing and urban development, which among other things, controls the rents of the project.
