Carpenters Guaranty Fund

The carpenters guaranty fund is crafted for the purpose of negotiating collectively bargained agreements with other associations and individual employers which require either that security deposits be made to the fund or that an association stand surety for some or all of its memebrs or both for the representation, organizing and bargaining of michigan regional council of carpenters, in compliance with a collectively bargained agreement through the taft-hartley act.
