Carrie's kids believes that all children/teens are created with a purpose. Carrie's kids provides outreach, clubs, groups and events that promote dignity, build social and life skills, nurture potential and instill self- sufficiency to chidlren/teens who are homeless or at risk, in the bismarck-mandan area of north dakota

Programs

2 programs

Clubs/activities weekly boys and girls clubs for homeless and at-risk children to learn life skills. Helad individual and group gatherings for support and training with high-risk teens. We have art classes for children and their guardians to build stronger bonds and communication skills. We have a mommy and mee event inviting young mothers (15 to 21 years old) to bring their children, to interact with other families, learn new skills and receive necessary items like diapers, food, clothing for the infants and toddlers.

Expenses: $6K

Myhre breakfast served kids from jeannette myhre school. The kids have the opportunity to come to carrie's kids to have breakfast with their principal.
