Mission

Carroll county emergency shelter strives to serve survivors of domestic violence and their dependents throughout our service area of carroll, coweta, haralson, heard and meriwether counties. It is our mission to provide safe shelter, supportive services, legal advocacy and necessities to survivors of domestic violence at no cost and free of any discrimination or biases to empower each person to live a safe, self-sufficient lifestyle, free from the detrimental effects of domestic violence.
