Mission
The mission of jackson county casa is to recruit and train communityvolunteers to advocate in the best interest of a child in the youth courtsystem due to abuse and neglect. Based on the belief that children areentitled to a safe and permanent home, casa works with the court systemthrough trained volunteers, in collaboration with involved agencies, legalcounsel, and using community resources to serve as a child's voice incourt. Casa strives to ensure that each child is placed in a safepermanent, loving, and nurturing home as soon as possible.
