The mission of the voice for clinton countys children is to advocate and to serve in the best interests of children in our community.

Our child advocacy center (cac) is made up of a team of professionals who work together to investigate allegations of child sexual abuse, physical abuse, human trafficking, and witness to violence. The goal of cac services is for investigative teams to work together to insure young victims are supported.
