Casabe Housing Development Fund Company Inc

Casabe housing development fund corporation was incorporated pursuant to article xi of the private housing finance law and the not-for-profit corporation law of the state of new york. The corporation was formed exclusively to develop a senior citizen's housing project for persons of low income and is supported by a federally aided mortgage as defined in section 572 of the private housing finance law of the state of new york.
