Policy reform: recommendations provided to local, state and federal agencies in topic areas related to adu & middle housing policy. Middle housing playbook published and distributed to assist in development of effective policies for attainable homes for rental and purchase; advised on statewide policies to remove barriers to more homes; assisted in development of standardized data fields for adus on mls platforms

Sector development/coalition-building; 12 industry roundtables hosted; 4 networking events for peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing hosted; mentored adu and middle housing advocates from cities and states outside california to share lessons learned and speed adoption of policies that encourage production of attainable homes
