Catalpa Foundation Inc

Catalpa foundation, inc. (the foundation) is organized and operated exclusively to support and benefit catalpa health, inc. (the supported organization), a wisconsin non-stock corporation exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the code. The supported organization is a public charity as defined under section 170(b)(1)(a)(iii) of the code, with the purpose of providing mental health services to children and their families. The foundation is responsive to the needs of the supported organization and performs one or more functions of the supported organization. The foundation engages in various programs and activities necessary to support and benefit the exempt purposes of the supported organization, including providing financial assistance to the supported organization and its affiliated organizations in furtherance of its exempt purposes.
