Eviction prevention program;case management and emergency relief funds assist households facing eviction to stabilize their housing. One time financial assistance many also be available to individuals that have emergency basic needs, such as utility bills, furniture, funeral assistance, prescriptions, etc. Emergency relief funds are limited by availability.
HOMELESSNESS SERVICES PROGRAM;Through April of 2025, CCCSR operated the warming center on behalf of Rockland County to shelter homeless residents during the colder months. We also conduct street outreach under the STEHP program to provide support to homeless individuals and connect them to resources.
