Developmental disability services: catholic charities provides individualized residential programs and day services where adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities can reach the highest level of independence possible. This year, 88 individuals received safe and nuturing care in our 24/7 group residences and our limitless adult day programs.

Behavioral health: catholic charities is a leader in providing culturally and linguistically competent behavioral health services to more than 2,895 adults, children, adolescents, and families across our region. Services include individual, group, and family therapy to address such mental health issues as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, anger management and counseling for victims of crime.

I) supports urgent needs of individuals and families experiencing a crisis. Provides case management, advocacy, and basic human needs such as food, clothing, utilities assistance, and rental assistance; ii) catholic charities provides supportive services to residents of two housing developments established for individuals and families at risk of homelessness. Such supportive services include health and wellness, substance abuse management and recovery, vocational and employment services, financial education, case management, life skills, and advocacy of case management and supportive services; iii) catholic charities is committed to providing a supportive environment and a strong sense of community for individuals aged 55 years and older in the city of hartford. The agency provides enriching and rewarding bilingual and multicultural programs and services, including opportunities to socialize, engage in recreational activities, develop new learning experiences, and emphasize health and wellness; and iv) proudly working in partnership with hartford public schools to support students and families. Over 507 hps elementary and middle school students and their families participated in our community schools programs, focusing on needs of whole child and family, providing resources to support academic, health, and social development. Services include extended-day programming, summer programming, and family supportive services. Over 1,000 individuals received services.
