Endowment Program - The Catholic Community Foundation professionally manages permanent, temporary, and quasi-endowments for nonprofits and individuals as a core service offering. All endowments are invested in a professionally managed, commingled investment pool that aligns with Catholic Social Teaching, as prescribed by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops USCCB. This investment strategy is 99 Catholic screened, and all proxy votes are cast in accordance with Catholic values. The Foundation acts as a fiduciary to ensure the endowment lasts in perpetuity and complies with the regulations of the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act UPMIFA. The Foundation also offers an endowment building program for nonprofits called endowment drives, which utilize matching funds to encourage donors to learn about the purpose and uses of an endowment while contributing to the funds growth for the future. Additionally, the Foundation has a 1 million matching program to support permanent endowments within the community, having matched over 4 million in contributions.

Scholarship Programs - The Catholic Community Foundation provides scholarship opportunities for students attending Catholic elementary and high schools within the Diocese of Phoenix, as well as for post-secondary students. The Foundation offers a service-based scholarship, known as the Christian Service Award, alongside a needs-based tuition assistance program, known as the Catholic Community Foundation Scholarship. Additionally, the Foundation allows for named and memorial scholarships, which can be detailed and specific or generic in nature. All applications are evaluated by an independent volunteer committee. In fiscal year 2025, the Foundation granted 358,641 in scholarship funds to 147 students across 11 Catholic elementary schools, 9 Catholic high schools, and 9 post-secondary institutions.
