The s.a.f.e. Child advocacy center provides child abuse services throughout southeast alaska. The program focuses on the needs of the child from initial investigation through prosecution with support, crisis, intervention, assessment, prevention and help accessing needed services. A total of 109 children were referred, 94 forensic interviews conducted in fy23.

The national family caregiver support grant and partnership with local tribes fund southeast senior services staff to provide information and assistance, emotional support, training, respite and supplemental services for family caregivers to help older alaskans remain in their own homes and traditional communities for as long as possible. In fy23, over 100 family caregivers throughout southeast alaska received these services.
