Next generation parish: this multi-year experience provides the pastor and his community with the opportunity to assess its greatest opportunities and strengths, develop a plan to move into the future, and most importantly cultivate a deeper missionary spirit throughout the community.

Custom training: customized training solutions are provided to meet diocesan and parish leadership objectives. This includes the administration of the disciple maker index survey which is a tool that gathers comprehensive feedback about parishioners' spiritual growth through 75 questions. The resulting insight is invaluable: it enables parish leadership to make data-driven decisions regarding priorities that will ultimately help parishioners grow in faith. As of october 31, 2025, 919,938 parishioner responses have been recorded in the disciple maker index survey.

This includes convocations and support for connecting priests to greater resources.
