The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes as specified in section 501(c)(3) of the ircode. Advance the christian religion, educate the public to the nature of spritual first aid, attract support fromt he public and to receive contributions and grants, provide charitable donations and engage in any lawful activities for which a nonprofit corporation may be organized under the iowa nonprofit corporation act. The corporation shall not be conducted or operated for profit and no part of the net earnings shal inure to the benefits of any individual or other purposes of the corporation.
