The corporation, a supporting organization, is organized exclusively and solely for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of camp beech cliff, a maine nonprofit corporation (the supported organization). The corporation purchased real estate in 2020 for the purpose of providing housing to employees of camp beech cliff as housing in the region is difficult to obtain during the summer months. In the off- season, the corporation rents to a local college.
