Cca North Corp

Cca north corporation's purpose is to serve as a supporting organization for capitol center for the arts (cca) by conducting activities which promote the advancement and further the mission of cca. These activities include leasing, holding, and maintaining the real property and improvements used in connection with the operation of the cca's venue at 16 south main st. Cca north corporation may borrow money for leasing, holding, and, maintenance of 16 south main street and convey, lease, or sublease the property to further the charitable purposes of the capital center for the arts.
