Our vision is to provide personalized services to people with disabilities. Our mission is to make dreams happen. Through residential and supported living arrangements, employment, vocational training, recreation, clinical services, advocacy and intervention ccarc, inc. Has improved the lives of individuals and their families, and enhanced the community's understanding about individuals with developmental disabilities.
