CCC Leadership Program Inc. (the Corporation) is a Texas nonprofit corporation that is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, andscientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (Code). The Corporation's purposesinclude, but are not limited to, supporting and empowering women in the nonprofit and education sectors to become more authentic and influentialleaders so they may ultimately increase their impact on their respective communities. The Corporation's work aims to empower women so they maylearn more about themselves, gain clarity on their values and vision, and learn tools that will enable them to lead with greater influence. TheCorporation's activities include: (i) a leadership development program and (ii) educational and networking programs.
