The general purposes of cdf cenla are to further the charitable purposes of its solemember, cdf, including without limitation the following: to buy or otherwise acquire,own, develop, hold, manage, control, lease, sell, operate, improve and otherwise deal with property, facilities, and equipment of all kinds in connection with the acquisition,development, construction, ownership, maintenance, and operation of facilities to provide residential and outpatient programs for low income persons including persons sufferingfrom mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse/addictive disorders and related conditions, including without limitation individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment (when appropriate), relapse prevention education, life skills development, family counseling, and ongoing support to individuals struggling with addiction, aiming to promote long-term sobriety while addressing the underlying social and psychological factors contributing to substance use
