Organizational Programs: This program provides training, dispute systems design, consultation services, and intervention programs to organizations, public and private. Training programs are delivered to employees, volunteers, and colleagues in various public and private organizations on the topic of conflict resolution theory and the development of skills needed to resolve conflict. Dispute systems design services provide comprehensive consultation for designing and implementing systems to prevent and manage conflict within and between organizations. Consultation, mediation, and facilitation services address specific situations as they arise in and between public and private organizations and provide a way to reconcile conflicts and facilitate amicable solutions.
Private and Public Training Programs: Individuals attend public training seminars on The Mediation Process, a 40-hour program that teaches the basic skills of mediation. Also available is the facilitation and mediation of public and environmental disputes, a 24-hour course that teaches advanced and focused skills to deal with these types of disputes in the participants' agencies, organization, and their own practices of conflict resolution.
